I woke up and came across this neon turtle neck hidden underneath a pile of clothes in my cousin's closet. I decided to make the most out of my day off and take few photos of my cousin with that neon turtleneck on. I tried giving the turtle neck a little twist by layering a micro mesh tee on top of it. It didn't work as i thought it would but it looked beautiful just by itself. I did the make up myself. Styled the hair. I used some pastel colors and concealed the eyebrows for this look.
